Information for students

  • Class duration is 1 hour except Gene LeBell/Comp class which is 2 hours, Kids Classes and Ultimate Fit are 45mins in duration

  • Some classes are invite only, for further information please contact us with any questions you may have

  • Private lessons / personal training available by appointment

  • Open Mat: Monday and Wednesday 12pm – 5pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm – 6pm

  • The Strength Room is open Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm
