Timetable

CHOOSE FROM JIU JITSU, MMA, MUAY THAI, SELF DEFENCE, BOXING, AND WRESTLING.
Strength and Conditioning room is available for all members to use Monday to Friday from 11.30am – 8pm, and Saturday from 8.30am – 12pm.

Information for students

  • Class duration is 1 hour except Gene LeBell Comp Class which is 2 hours, Boxing Conditioning class which is 1.5 hours and Muay Thai class on Saturday is 1.5 hours. Kids Classes are all 45mins.

  • All Advanced classes are invite only, for further information please contact us with any questions you may have.

  • Private lessons / personal training available by appointment only. Call us for more information.

  • The Strength Room is open to all John Donehue Members Monday – Friday from 12pm – 8pm and Sat from 8.30 – 12pm.
