Coming from a background in Basketball as a junior I always knew I wanted to do something related to fitness but instead found myself working in the building industry, specifically Commercial Fitouts. I knew that was never what I really wanted to do so after writing a bucket list of want I wanted in the way of a career I decided to study fitness.

I first met John at a previous gym and when he contacted me to discuss the potential of helping begin his own gym I jumped at the chance. As a result I have had the chance to Coach and train along side professional athletes, further my skills as a Coach and learn from the best in the world when it comes to Mixed Martial Arts, NRL and AFL Coaching
